Dear members of the IYCW and ICYCW
On the occasion of the birthday of our founder Joseph Cardijn, we, who were active in the YCW when we were young, we wish long life to you are two brother movements.
We also hope that you can work closely together in solidarity for the well-being of the lives of young workers.
Finally, we hope that in the near future you will be able to join the great family of the WMCW (which brings together 49 worker movements around the world).
As Joseph Cardijn, who is our common spiritual father, said: "Each young worker is worth more than all the gold in the world, because they are daughters and sons of God". Together, we will continue the struggle for universal access to the sacred rights of Land, Roof and Work, so that everyone can live in dignity.
